IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome has symptoms like constipations, gas, diarrhea, bloating and abdominal pain, which can cause a great deal of suffering. Irritable bowel syndrome affects many people, and although it is not a fatal illness, it can and does change a persons’ lifestyle dramatically. One way to help to keep these symptoms under control is to follow an ibs diet.

You can find that certain types of foods will actually trigger your irritable bowel symptoms, and you will soon learn to avoid these foods. Likewise you will notice that certain foods do not cause a problem, so of course you try and build these into your diet in exchange for some that you have had to give up.
